

Back Pain:
Lower back pain, tightness, stiffness in the morning, or pain that shoots into the hips or legs — making it hard to sit, stand, bend, or lift comfortably.
Neck Pain:
A stiff neck, trouble turning your head, pain spreading into the shoulders, or headaches caused by poor posture or long hours at the computer.
Shoulder Pain:
